2026 Workshop Dates

Safety, Liability & Cancellation Policies

  • What safety measures are in place during the workshop?

    Participants must wear closed-toe shoes and suitable clothing. Safety glasses are provided and must be worn during all glass cutting and soldering activities. Following instructor guidelines is mandatory to maintain a safe environment.

  • Is a liability waiver required to join?

    All students must sign a liability waiver before participating. The waiver covers assumption of risk, release of claims, and agreement to follow studio safety rules. Waivers are available at registration or on the first day of class.

  • What is the illness and health policy?

    Do not attend if feeling unwell. Students can reschedule due to illness by notifying the studio in advance. Please disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation to ensure proper accommodations.

  • What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

    Refunds or rescheduling are granted only for illness or studio cancellations. Notify us at least 72 hours before your class if you cannot attend. No refunds are issued for no-shows. Unfinished projects will be held for 14 days.

  • Where can I find the full liability waiver?

    The complete liability waiver includes terms on risk assumption, indemnification, safety compliance, medical treatment consent, and legal governance under North Carolina law. It must be signed before workshop participation. A downloadable PDF is available upon request.
